By booking an appointment with Windsor & Lux, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- We kindly ask all customers to treat our team and fellow guests with respect.
- We do not offer hire or rental of our dresses.
- Each appointment runs for 55 minutes.
- Please arrive on time to your appointment, as the time will be deducted from your scheduled 55-minute appointment if you are late.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may result in future bookings being declined.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
